Dan Pentz
Executive Recruiting Partner

Dan Pentz joined FletcherCROSS Recruiting, Inc. in January 2016. While his background has been predominantly focused on business development for world-class sales organizations, he has also served in and around the recruiting industry for 4 years.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, graduating from Townson University in 2002 with a BA in Mass Communications, Dan first started his career in staffing and recruiting in the temporary staffing industry for Robert Half International. There he learned the value of exceptional customer service to client and candidate to align the ideal talent with the ideal opportunity. Working under leaders in one of the largest markets, gave him the opportunity to learn the value of hard work while employing the highest standard of excellence in his daily dealings

After being recruited out of the staffing industry by an international sales organization, Dan has spent over 10 years of his career in outside sales/new business development. He has consistently achieved “President’s Club” level success in each prestigious sales organization he has served including, Cintas Corporation, Stryker Medical, and Stericycle/Shred-it. In each role, he proactively generated and executed upon new opportunities to increase the market share of the organization. In addition to his sales success, he has been consistently complimented for his unique ability to listen intently and thereby provide the best solution to the client’s need. He is highly regarded for his high level of integrity, hard-work, and positive, friendly demeanor.

Dan is extremely people focused, and sees each interaction as an opportunity to operate by the Golden Rule, doing unto others as he would have done to him. This has served his clients well in that they are confident in Dan’s ability to keep his word, and do the right thing for them.

Dan, and his wife, Stephanie are active in their local church, as well as committed to building the local church by financially supporting numerous new church plants throughout North Carolina.  Lending to this commitment to his faith, and to the local church, Dan obtained his Master’s Degree in Ministerial Leadership at Southeastern University in 2013 while working full time in sales. This opportunity taught him first hand, that when one is obedient and diligently seeks God, He rewards and surprises His Children. Dan met his wife and love of his life, Stephanie while attending SEU, and they have been happily married since May 2014. Her commitment to the Lord, constant encouragement and support, and desire to be used mightily by God has challenged Dan to walk in Faith, and work as if working for the Lord. Additionally, obtaining this advanced degree broadened Dan’s horizons in both theological and business capacities, and has challenged him to honor God greatly by honoring the clients and candidates God places in his path every day.

One of the best ways for us to honor God is to honor the people that he puts in our path
